Payment Policies

The tuition for our special programs and workshops includes all instruction and course materials. There is a non-refundable deposit equal to 20% of tuition to secure your spot. Remaining tuition is due before the first day of instruction.

For each individual session, payment is due by the beginning of each session or session package. Please pay our invoices upon receipt.

How to Pay

Paying BKT is easy. We accept:

• All major credit cards. We will invoice you via a secure payments platform.

• Venmo and Paypal @Bkteducation

• Checks payable to BKT Education LLC

Special Programs and Workshops

If you cannot attend a special program, you may transfer your registration to another student without penalty. Any deposits are non-refundable. After the start of a multi-week special program, if you are unable to attend due to hospitalization, the death of an immediate family member, or other extraordinary circumstances, your prorated tuition will be refunded, but it will be subject to a 20% processing fee.

Individual Sessions

For our recurring clients, we have an agreed-upon time slot to meet on a regular basis (example: weekly, bi-weekly). However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances come up, and our sessions can be rescheduled up to four days in advance. Canceling within four days of a session results in forfeiting the session unless the student cannot attend due to hospitalization, the death of an immediate family member, or other extraordinary circumstances, in which case we will schedule a makeup session at our sole discretion.

For one-off sessions, if you cannot attend a session and let us know more than 24 hours in advance, we can reschedule without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window, you will be subject to a $50 fee.

If the student is late to a session, they forfeit that meeting time. If there are extenuating circumstances or technical difficulties during a session, BKT Education consultants will make up the meeting time. In the unlikely event that BKT Education consultants need to reschedule a session, the consultant will reschedule and make up the session based on a mutually agreed upon time. Frequently missed appointments or tardiness may be considered a breach of our Client Service Agreement and may result in termination of services.
